Spotify Pausing 30-59 seconds into song

My Question or Issue

Spotify pauses the song I'm listening to. It varies from song to song, but usually happens around 30-59 seconds into the song. The issue started when I got Comcast internet installed, and has persisted across all my devices since. I have tried downloading the songs in case it was a spotty connection, but that did not resolve the issue. 

Things I have tried:
Logging out of all devices
Fully removing all Spotify files and performing a clean install

Downloading songs to computer

Clearing cache on my phone and tablet

None of these fixed the issue, and I am quite frustrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
