Hello, the Spotify website has not been loading for myself and several co-workers. We also noticed that album art has been missing in the desktop player. Getting the same results from all OS. Thinking the two are connected. We are behind a firewall but I haven't made any changes to it recently. Ideas for what to check for?
Getting same results in different browsers as well.

Also forgot to add that uninstalling and re-installing has not worked.

I have been experiencing the same issue. The album art on my android phone does not show up also. Additionally, the web player appears like the screenshot. This has been occuring for about a week.
So I'm not the only one!
I've been having the same issue for about a week now as well. Using Spotify through a VPN helped, but starting just now, nothing seems to work. Clean install, clearing caches, trying different VPN simulated locations, different browsers, different devices ... I'm out of ideas.
