Spotify Windows does not play music with my Chord Hugo 2 connected

Hello,

when I have the Chord Hugo 2 connected and choosen at the sound and start Spotify it won't play the music but instead it is jumping trough the tracks. When I however change it to another sound device and then change back to the Hugo 2 then it will play normally. What can I do to deal with this problem?

PS: I'm using Windows 10 with the Desktop Software

Ok I found a solution it seems.

I downloaded a spotify that I found here

It looks way diffrent than the other one I had before and now it works so far I think
