My Question or Issue 

Whenever I try to do Spotify Wrapped it always says "Hmm something is not working so sorry about that..." and I've tried on other devices but its the same thing. Could it be my account?

Could you try the following troubleshooting steps:
Reinstall the app
- Try once more but in an incognito window or a different browser?

I tried reinstalling and incognito, still doesn't work. Also tried on android and the app crashes. Could it be my account?

It'd be a good idea taking a look at the requirements mentioned in this Spotify Answer in order to get the Wrapped 2019 stats first to double check this.

 

On another note, you mention trying a different device and an incognito window in your browser. If possible, could you also try the following:

  • A different network connection
  • A different browser

We'd also recommend making sure that your browser is running the latest version available. If there are any pending updates, you can install them and then try again after clearing your cache and cookies memory.
