My Question or Issue

Hello everybody, Spotify App started writing to me (when I want to play normal music on Spotify) "We can't play this file, please import this file to Spotify". I tried this: https://support.spotify.com/us/article/spotify-not-working/
but it isn't working. I try also the Microsoft Store app, but it is the same, the web player is running okay. I also check another topic which has the same problem but it doesn't work. What should I try to do?
