Spotify can't play this right now - Desktop Windows

My Question or Issue

Nothing plays on my desktop app! I am about to cancel Spotify. No matter what I have tried it does not want to play anything. Screen shot below:

I understand your anger.

Have you tried reinstalling your app to see if that fixes this? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

The issue is not with my phone app, it's with the desktop app with Windows 7. But regardless, I just deleted the phone app, reinstalled and I deleted the program on my desktop and reinstalled and still nothing. It is not working. I don't know why I am paying for this service.
