My Question or Issue

I am unable to play any local files. It just says 'spotify can't play this right now, if you have the file on your computer you can import it'. 

I have reinstalled and wiped everything several times, reinstalled sound card drivers etc. I've tried both the windows store app and the regular one.

I've tried without hardware acceleration and bit rates from 44.1 to 192khz

The local files work on my android phone, but not on my computer.

Please help. It is driving me crazy!
