My Question or Issue

Suddenly on all devices I get the error "Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it".  nothing has changed, my subscription is up to date and this is on all songs, albums, and all playlists.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify all on all devices and wiped all data from both devices before reinstalling.  Still getting the same error.

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community!

On your computer we'd recommend that you make sure that you sound drivers are up to date and update them if needed.

As for your mobile device, if you use an SD card it's a good idea to check it for errors and make sure it's formatted as internal storage.

Last but not least, we'd recommend logging out > restarting your devices > logging back in.
