My Question or Issue

 I just installed spotify on my new laptop, but the message "Spotify cant play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it" comes up every time I try to play any song, even the ones I have saved. Tried turning of hardware acceleration, reinstalling the app, but no luck. What to do?
