Spotify cant play this right now. Windows 7

My Question or Issue:

Whenever I try to play music on my Windows 7 desktop app, I get the error message 'Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it." I have tried to delete the app data, clear cache, disable hardware acceleration, and reinstall the app.

None of it works.

I can play spotify through the web player on the same computer and through all my other devices.

Same here, maybe it's got something to do with Microsoft stop updating win 7? I don't know but I hope someone from the community can help.
