My Question or Issue

When playing from my desktop, Laptop or IPhone, Spotify disconnects and disappears from availible devices after a few minutes. If i leave it, it automatically connects within a few minutes and starts playing again and then it starts all over again.

It all started when i got a new internet provider and a new router.

I have tried

Factory reset on the reciever which is a Denon AVR-X2100W

Reset my router

Reinstalling Spotify app

Checked my firewall

Looked at my hostfile

The problem is on all my devices, Decktop, Laptop and phone so i guess its a network problem, but i dont now what else to do.

Music is a big part of my life so "Please help, i'm going nuts"

The problem was my IP adress.

I had a static IP adress, but now it's changed to a dynamic adress and everything works fine.

If your phone is iPhone, there is an option called as "Low-battery mode" for battery health. When you set it active, your charge bar will be yellow. If it's open, when you're not using Spotify, iPhone can stop the application because of battery health. Or, you can adjust applications that running background of your iPhone in settings. Check it for Spotify.

Right now i have 87% battery on the phone, and the Low battery mode is off.

The problem is still there

Are you having problem too when you're using cellular data?
