My Question or Issue

My Spotify is crashing unexpectedly with no error messages or popups when I changed the cache to a custom location. My default location is at C:\Users\Lucas\AppData\Local\Spotify\Data but I'm running out of space in C:\ so I changed it to D:\Spotify, but the application crashes after a few minutes playing

Hey @lucascoelhof,

Thank you for your post here in the Community. We're happy to help.

We suggest that you perform a clean reinstall. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

It can also be good to try with another internet connection.

Keep us posted. We're always one reply away 🙂

Cheers!
