Spotify crashes, is it worth persisting?

Hi, I'm on a month's free trial of Premium. For the first couple of days I struggled with the common iOS issues on my phone, losing playlists, random connection problems and crashes even using wi-fi. Now my PC version has crashed, can't play any songs at all. 

Can anyone tell me if this is all normal? Looking at the boards it seems that constant crashes are the norm with Spotify - do you think it's worth the monthly subscription?

Are you getting any error messages before the crash?

Hello mate. No messages, it happens when I turn off my i-box. I've figured that if I log off and back on again I can get it working. 

The whole system just seems really glitchy, coming on the back of the random complete breakdown of my iOS this morning (again only fixed by restarting my phone)

Do you think it's worth paying for, or does it tend to be one issue after another? Thanks for getting back to me - I really appreciate it.
