Spotify crashes on computer every time I remove my headphone jack.

My Question or Issue

 I am having trouble with Spotify crashing EVERY time I unplug my headphones. 
The program with then repeat a second of sound endlessly. 
Reinstalling the program doesn't work, and changing accounts does not work. 
What to do?

just replying to state I also have this problem and it's super annoying when I am listening to spotify on my work desktop and for one reason or another choose to unplug my headphones. please fix this spotify!!

I report the same problem. Spotify crashes every fracking time sound output changes. (Windows 7). Super annoying at work.
