 My Question or Issue

There is a problem with spotify desktop at least with me. Every update the spotify the software uses 100% memory and craches my windows that stop working and I have to restart my notebook or desktop. It's strange because this occurs with my both PC. Another problem: whem I close the Spotify it craches my Windows and I have to restart my PC/notebook. One update is stable and the other ones is unstable. What is going on? Anyone has the same problem? How can I solve that? Thanks.

Hey there !

First step needed to be taken here is to perform a full uninsatll of all Spotify programs form your devices.

After having it installed please install a fresh new copy and log in again.

Let me know if this helped, and if you need anymore help.

I have already do that and it doesn't work. Some versions of Spotify desktop works weel some not. It's a problem with Spotify app/software not in my computer. Thanks. Other solution please.

Hey there !

Thanks for getting back with me.

Another step i want you to take is make sure your systems are fully updated.

Yes all is updated. As I said the penultimate Spotify version was working fine. The last one turn back with the problem (close spotify and crash windows).
