Spotify desktop version sometimes switched to other device playing and then crashed

My Spotify Premium desktop sw often switched to play "other" device (I can´t disable this "feature")

after manually switching to play back, sw crashed

A few steps i can suggest to try and solve the issue you're having:

1. Log in to your account page online and click "Sign Out Everywhere".

2. Reset your account password through this link, just in case your account had been compromized in any way.

3. Log back in to your account and check this device managment help page.
