Spotify doesn't play any song

I can't listening to music with the desktop app, whenever I play a song on the app it stops at 5 seconds or something like that and it won't continue (This doesn't happen when I use the Spotify Web Player from Google Chrome). I have good connection and a premium plan.

thanks for posting !

Please uninstall Spotify from you device and use this help page to reinstall correctly.

In addition, please check that your WIN system is fully updated and that Spotify has all permission needed (Fire wall, Anti-virus etc) to work as it should.
