Spotify doesn't show any device listed

My Question or Issue

Recently my "Devices available" doesn't show any devices listed. Before it used to show about 3-4 device listed using my spotify and now there isn't any. I did a unisntall and reinstall and that fixed it, but after the next day, the same problem occured where no devices are listed. I checked my phone and and looked through the "Devices available" and it shows 2 devices connected. Why does it show on the phone but not my PC
