I cant open spotify

Could you let us know when you receive this error message? Is it when you're trying to access content within the app? In any case, a screenshot which shows this would be greatly appreciated. That way we can get a clear understanding of how things look on your end. Feel free to also let us know what troubleshooting you've done so far so we avoid repeating the steps. If you haven't already, try reinstalling the app to see if it would help.

I reinstall and its not help this show me onlny when i om my acc when i change i dont have this

Thanks for your reply. 

Could you send us the Spotify version installed on your device? 

On another note, tell us if you see the same error message when using the web player or a different device. 

Lastly, let us know if the issue persists when using a different WiFi network (if possible).
