Spotify for Windows 10 appstore app on x86 does not start after first sign in

My Question or Issue

I'm using a fresh Windows 10 (1903) install. The Spotify App won't start after signing in. Quick spinning icon then nothing.

Each attempt creates two Event log messages.

Message 1:

Tried uninstalling reinstalling spotify. App start but same issue again after first signin.

Any suggestions?

Sorry for double post, original post didn't show up in forum.

Exception Code 0xC0000409 is a stack buffer overflow

Sometimes, two very similar "Failure to instantiate storage folder" errors are logged, one in the LocalState folder and one in the LocalCache folder, both with Error Code: -2147024809.
