Spotify is stuck in Offline Mode

My Issue

I just got back from a week or so break from my computer, and I come back on and wanted to listen to music. I soon find that it says it's stuck in offline mode. Offline Mode is not enabled, and I have a stable connection to everything else.

I checked my firewall and my anti-virus, and still the same error.

I also tried to reinstall Spotify with the Spotify Installer, but it just goes into a continuous loop of saying that it cannot install Spotify. 

I tried the web browser version, and it works just fine.
