Spotify move up trigger is not working while editing a playlist

My Issue
Spotify song/track wont trigger the "move up" function while editing a playlist as shown in the file attached. This makes it hard for me to edit a playlist, I don't know if the other users are facing the same issue with this new UI update.

It's one of the "great" "features" from the new version, and I'm sorry to say there's no solution. That's why no moderators replied so far.

Hope they stop being this ridiculous.
