Spotify no longer playing after windows crash

My Question or Issue

I've had spotify on my computer since the day I built it and it's always worked, Today I got the Windows blue screen of death, I had spotify playing when it died and now when I open spotify I get a "spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it." message, I have several songs downloaded but NOTHING will play, I have:

Changed download folder

Reinstalled the application

Run as admin

Attempted several solutions suggested to others with the same problem

Re-downloaded a few songs but they still refuse to play

Tried with/without hardware acceleration

Have restarted and rebooted computer twice

Still in the same place with no music
