Spotify not playing songs or even showing correctly

I have recently started having an issue with Spotify not playing a few select songs and looked up what the issue might be. A suggestion was to to reainstall spotify so i did. I uninstalled and reinstalled and since then no song plays, my favorites dont show and not even the logo is shown correctly, its just that white sheet that shows when there is no proper logo. Its not even that the songs just dont play, they dont even look like they should. I get no cover and no title and no artist in that bar at the bottom just grey. I have also reinstalled a second time which did exactly nothing so there is that.

Im on windows 10 if that helps.

i have the same problem, my songs dont load or even show up, I tried:

-Full reinstall

-Network Location Awareness startup 

-login into a different account

-changing wi-fi

There are some bugs in the desktop app, the issues you are facing may be related to this or this. You can vote for these so they will catch more attention. I hope these will be fixed very soon, please be patient.
