My Issue

Hi, I have no idea why I can use spotify on my desktop, even web player isn't accessible for me. I've reinstalled spotify and restarted my computer multiple times. I've searched as many information as possible to resolve this issue of mine.

So this is the issue. Whenever I clicked a song, it won't play/load as you can see from the bottom left corner, the album, song name, etc are not appearing (I've attached an image of the problem). When I clicked on my own playlists it said that it's empty. Same goes for my saved songs, all empty. I attempted to open the web player with Google Chrome and I got an error saying "This site can't be reached," "open.spotify.com refused to connect."

Please help me with this issue for Spotify on Desktop. Spotify on my mobile works perfectly fine. Hence, I doubt it has anything to do with my account. Appreciate any help! Thank you in advance!
