Spotify offline with internet connection

My Question or Issue

I cant login because spotify keep saying that im offline (Code 4). I did:

1.check spotify server satus

2.reload

3.Reinstall

4.try to connect through another device

5.deactivated firewall

still no sollution. is there somebody who can help me?

Hey @p4ule1, help's here.

Did you try restarting the router? Also, if possible, connect your device to a different network and try again. 

Lastly, make sure that when you reinstall, you choose the Windows Store version.

Doesnt work. I already connected my laptop with the same LAN port and it worked on the laptop. I also discovered that it works with a diffrent VPN but i search for a permanent sollution. And i dont know  if its connected but my microsoft isnt connecting either.
