Spotify on Google Home and Desktop only plays new songs on shuffle play.

My Question or Issue

 Whenever I ask my Google Home to "shuffle my songs on Spotify" or press the shuffle play button on Spotify for Windows in my songs, it will only play songs that have been added to my songs in the last ~month. If I navigate to the queue, there are only songs that I've saved in the last month that are being shuffled. I have over 1200 songs in my library, and it only plays ~100 on shuffle. The only workaround to this I've found is I have to log out of my account on Spotify for Windows, close the application, shuffle play on my phone, log back in on Windows, and have my phone play on my computer. If I wanted to play on Google Home, I have to shuffle from my phone and then connect to the Home. Everything else will play only new songs: asking Google Home to shuffle my songs, pressing shuffle play on Windows, etc. Only shuffling from my phone will use all of my songs.
