Spotify pc issue

My Question or Issue: Spotify refuses to play on my pc and says "can't play this right now. If you have the file on yourc omputer you can import it", but it plays perfectly fine on my phone.

I'm sorry to hear this.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown? Also, can you provide me ths info: 

• Current PC model
• Software version
• App version
