Spotify playing a song not on my playlist

Few days ago I removed a song because i was so tired of hearing it.

Now for some reason it played it, even though it was removed days ago.

Also it feels like spotify is playing the same songs from the playlist when shuffle is on and that i have propably heard some of the songs only once, while some songs ive heard too many times...

Hi, 

Maybe you have the Auto Play option turned on, which plays 'similar songs' when your  music ends. Try switching it of from Settings > Playback > Autoplay.
