My Question or Issue
As explained in the title, every other song in a playlist is playing. Eg. I start a playlist and it plays the first song fine then jumps to the third song and plays that fine, skipping the second one. I am playing to a Sonos device and only started since the latest update
Thanks
Any help with this please?
Hey @Bregann! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^
That doesn't sound cool.
Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
Let me know how it goes! ^^
Peace
For the record I am getting the exact same issue - seems to be a bug. And not just playlists, albums as well 😞. However reinstalling did seem to fix the issue

Hey @awesomewilly,
Thanks for reaching out about this here. Glad to hear that @Nico's suggestion to reinstall the app did the trick for you.
Did it worked for you too, @Bregann?
We're looking forward to your update on this and we're here to help with anything else too!
Reinstalling did not solve this issue for me.
Hey @enjoyment,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.
We understand you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps that didn’t work including reinstalling. However, we’d like to suggest a clean reinstall as this is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.
Also, make sure you have no tracks added to your Play Queue that may affect playback.
If the issue persists, include in your next response the brand and model of your device, along with the Spotify version and the OS version you're currently running. This will give us a better look at the issue.
We'll be on the lookout.
