Spotify says I'm offline, but clearly I am!

I can't get Spotify to work on my computer, it says I'm offline. I assure you I am online!! It will play just fine on my cell phone!!

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Could you try performing a clean reinstall of the app as described here? Did this bring any change?

Also check your internet connection or try a different one, e.g. a hotspot from your phone. Reset your router if possible.
