Spotify stops scrobbling and disconnects after laptop restart

Hi all,

so I have this problem with desktop version of Spotify on my laptop. I have last.fm account and use Spotify to scrobble songs, however, my Spotify dekstop stops scrobbling after the computer is restarted. What is more, when I play music on my dekstop spotify and on mobile at the same time the devices does not recognize that music is playing on another device on the same account - as the result I can play different songs on different devices in the same time. 

The problem is fixed when I reinstall Spotify, but again, after I restart or even hibernate laptop it stops working again. Only reinstalling helps.

The OS is Windows 10.

Any ideas?
