Spotify won't play songs on playlist

So I have playlist, and even just trying to find artists, spotify has the songs greyed out. You can see what I mean in the attachment. I know these songs are available because the exact same song on the same playlist will play just fine on my phone or tablet, but won't play in the app at all. It says spotify can't play this right now.

If you have the file on your computer, you can import it

Hey there !

Let's try and fix the issue together.

First i would like you to enter you desktop app and follow this steps:

On you profile arrow next to your profile pic press:

- Settings

- Scroll down then hit "advance settings"

- Offline storage songs (see the folder they're located)

- Change the location of the folder

- Close Spotify

- Delete all files in the folder.

- Reopen the app and see if it helps.

If this didn't help, reach again and we'll try a few more steps.
