Spotify wont plau any music/playlists at all on my pc

I have been having a issue with my spotify skipping some songs and now it wont play any music, my playlists are blank as well. I downloaded the spotify app to my pc from the website. I did everything from doing a fresh install, downloading the one feom windows store,and even unclicking hardware accelerate. I even went as far as checking for files on my disk drive with anything related to spotify, there is none. Something is majorly wrong and I just want to listen to my music! :(...

I am on the downloaded version from the website, im updated to windows 10, have current audio drivers as well. Help im not sure what to do anymore!
