Start Spotify as a specific user from command line

I have a PC connected to the TV and stereo. Both my wife and I use it for Spotify. Is there a way I can start Spotify either as her user or mine through command line so we don't have to log out and log in again to swicth users?

Did you try runas /user:<username> Path/to/Spotify.exe ?

Sorry, I should have been more specific. We use the same user on windows. Want to start Spotify with different Spotify accounts.

Nope, I know no solution for this. Spotify.exe accepts no additional parameters. You'll have to try something different. Maybe it works with a batch file and runas. With powershell there is an option to include the encrypted password into the script. Or you could start a oracle Virtualbox with spotify for your wife's account, or use webplayer with your browser for the second account. There are many possibilities, commandline with the same windows account isn't yet.
