My Question or Issue
Whenever I change my default sound device in Windows settings, spotify automatically plays. Is there a setting to stop this?
Hey @maxrussell2016,
Thank you for your reply.
We suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app to make sure there's no old cache files causing this.
If it's possible - can you log in with another account - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persists?
Can you also let us know which version of the app you have?
We'll keep an eye out for your reply 🙂
Cheers!

If you'd like that changed we suggest checking with the manufacturer of your stereo if there's a firmware upgrade that disables this.
Cheers 🙂
