Storing data on C drive, when spotify downloads are on another drive.

My Question or Issue

Hi, when going thorugh my files I noticed that even though I selected a certain folder for my Spotify downloads elsewhere from the Windows drive, there are like 8GB worth of data on that drive, which doesn't store much GB since it's supposed to be only for my OS so it's really filling it up. Is there a way to store *everything* Spotify related on a specified drive or folder? I'll add a few screenshots.

PS:

I do have a lot of music downloaded so the amount of GB used are ok, just not where they are stored.
