Student discount -3 months at 99c

My Question or Issue:

Prior varifying my student discount, it was showing i will receive 99c for first 3 months on student packhage, then CAD4.99 per month.

after student status verification, i donot see it. I have been taken to payment and has been charged CAD 4.99 from the first month!

Why is this happening? any help?

Did you recently select the .99 cents for 3 months promotion? If so the 4.99 will be carried over to the next month.

The reason you were signed up for the reguular student discount without the 3-month offer might have been because you were not eligible for it, since you have already benefitted from a Premium trial in the past using these payment details.

However, if this is not the case, let us know and we will investigate further.
