Terrific sound quality for my spotify premium pro subscription

My Question or Issue

My spotify premium pro subscription is very dirty about this sound system:

Genius 5.1 SW-HF5.1 4600
sound blaster audigy rx
Win10 64bit

I've tried all the software settings, reinstalled the drivers, no changes. I've read all the posts here too, unfortunately none of my problems.

Please help me. Therefore, it is unnecessary to issue 4.99 euros a month for sound quality.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with Spotify!

Please could you try to do a clean install of Spotify using the steps from this post?

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
