The app does not remember it's position on screen

Windows 10, from MS Store

My Question or Issue

1. Open the app, set it size to be almost full-screen. I have it 20px from top, left and bottom, I have a lot of space on right though.

2. Close the app.

3. Reopen the app.

4. The window will move from being where I left it to be in a different position, about 50px from where I left it.

What should happen

Every other Windows app stays where I leave it after reopening. I am aware this is kinda silly issue, but if one is using any form of window management then this becomes a daily struggle.
