Tracks vanishing from My Songs

When I listen to my Spotify at work and hit the "+" to add tracks to my songs, it shows up at work on the PC, and it shows up on my Android's Spotify app. When I get home and try to listen to the tracks on my PC, it doesn't show any new additions from the day.  

Please do not respond with "I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps."

I have restarted. I have reinstalled. Reinstalling syncs the songs again but as soon as I start adding tracks again the problem persists. I don't feel as a paying subscriber for years now that I should have to reinstall Spotify every time I get home.
