My Question or Issue

I am unable to download any music on my Windows 10 device. Whenever I try to do it, it just says "Waiting for connection..." and nothing happens. I've performed a clean re-installation, I've disabled my anti-virus and firewall but nothing helped. I have no issues with downloading music on my Android device. My windows is up to date.

As this seems to be a connection related issue i would recommend restarting your router/modem as a first step.


Furthermore, in order to determine the issue i would have to ask from you to try your account on a different device to see if the issue stays the same.

I have no issues downloading music on my other devices (Android and PC) on the same network.


I've tried downloading from the same PC on 2 different networks and it doesn't work on any of them.
