Unable to drag songs into Playlist, unable to resize Spotify window, unable to rearrange Playlists

Hi,

I just updated my PC to latest Dell XPS 8920 and downloaded Spotify (same issues apply here as my old PC). Lately have had following issues:

1) Not been able to click and drag bottom, right side, or bottom right corner to resize Spotify window.

2) Not able to click and drag songs/tracks into Playlist. Have to do it the long way by clicking on the "More" dots > Add to Playlist > Scroll and select the desired Playlist

3) Unable to rearrange Playlists by way of clicking and dragging - again.

It seems all the click and drag functionality has been removed.... So frustrating. I have no issues with any other program or folder I open.
