Unable to drag songs or order Playlists

I used to be able to drag songs onto playlists and order playlists by dragging songs within them on Windows desktop. 

Could you let me know if this is a change that Spotify has made or if I can recover this feature?

That doesn't sound cool.

You should be able to arrange your playlists.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
