Unable to play "Hitlijsten"

Hi,

 

When i try to play hitlist (No mather what country) i get the following error msg:

Failed to load application user:Not installed:Application is not installed

 

Everything else works fine.

Hi Huib,

 

I still got the errormsg during install but i've disabled the virusprotection during install and now it seems to work properly.

 

So i guess the problem arrised during install.

Hey @twanvdven! Welcome to the community!

That's odd! Could you reinstall the Spotify app on your device? If that didn't help, could you send over a screenshot of what you're seeing? Let me know how it goes.

Hi Huib,

 

I've allready reinstalled Spotify (did get error msg 53? during install but solved that with copy paste).

See the foto below for the error msg.

Hey @twanvdven!


That doesn't look like the latest version of Spotify. Could you uninstall Spotify and remove all the left-overs in 'C:/Users/Your Username/Appdata/Roaming/Spotify' and after that reinstall Spotify? Let me know how it goes.
