My Question or Issue

 For the past few months, I have been having an issue where I am unable to listen to a specific artist, While She Sleeps. This occurs across all of my devices and on every song. I am given the error message "This song is unavailable". My friends from the same area are all able to listen without any problems.

Hey @user-removed, welcome to the community!

 

Just to confirm, do you have this artist's music saved as local files on your devices? If so, try disabling the local files and try again to see if it helps.

 

Also, have you tried to reinstall the Spotify app on your devices to see if it helps?

That is strange... I have no problems listening to this band.. Maybe it is a good idea to just remove and reinstall spotify, to rule out any possible file corruption.
