Unable to view friend activity on Windows 10 laptop after switching from MacBook?

I used to be able to view friend activity on my Macbook, but after having the fully updated version on my Windows 10 laptop, am unable to see it (even with it turned on in settings).

I have encountered same problem since yesterday, wondering if this problem was fixed or is your friends acitivity bar still the same?

Usually toggling the friend activity view fixes this for me.
