My Question or Issue
Dear Support and Community!
I've been using Spotify on my laptop for years, but suddenly, approx. 3 weeks ago it started to make weird things. As you can see on the attached photo, i cant see my partners info, when i want to listen to radio it says it is not avaible, and despite the active autoplay option, every searched song stops as it ends, no recommended songs played.
I have already tried to reinstall the app, and tried with a new account as well, it is still the same.. 😞
What can i do?
Thanks in advance,
Adam

Hi TobiasYoung!
No, i never used that option
Could you please try and use Spotify from the Windows Store? Let me know if it helps.
If it doesn't, go into C:\Users\computerusernamehere\AppData\Local\Packages\SpotifyAB.SpotifyMusic_zpdnekdrzrea0\LocalState\Spotify\Users\spotifyuser-user and delete the file 'abba.json'. Have you ever tried using the hosts file to block ads?

Dear TobiasYoung!
Thanks for your advice. I dont have this file in the folder (you can see in the attachment) . I have never modified the host file before the issue. I did the way LorenXK recommended, but it works dump again.. 😞
It is wrong again 😞
Does it matter that i banned the automatic open of spotify and spotifyweb helper in the task manager? I dont want the spotify to be automatically opened.
