My Question or Issue

Currently the volume and track position sliders are stuck. When I say stuck I mean they cannot be moved by the cursor. The seek and volume key bindings work fine as well controlling via the web player. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the latest version with no luck. My first thought was an issue with Spotify Connect but using Spotify in offline mode without an internet connection didn't change anything. I was also concerned about Discord integration causing this but uninstalling Discord hasn't changed anything either. Does anybody have any ideas on how I can fix this? Thank you.

Attached is a GIF demonstrating the issue. The yellow circle around the cursor indicates when the left mouse button is held down.

There is no way I can provide steps to reproduce this issue yet.

Hey @LawrenceJN.

Could you send us the exact Spotify version you're using? Also, does this happen regardless of what content you listen to (e.g. podcasts, playlists, radio, etc)?

In the meantime, try running Spotify as the administrator, or turning off Hardware Acceleration under View.

Keep us posted.

The attached image shows the version I'm using. Unfortunately, running as administrator, disabling/enabling hardware acceleration and content type have no effect on the issue.

Thanks for sending this over!

Have you noticed if this issue comes up when you use a specific program along with Spotify or does it happen as soon as you launch Spotify?

Also, as this could be related to your hardware, let us know a bit more about your setup.

All the best.
