Volume going up and down slightly during songs

I've tried all the stuff I've seen in previous threads like turning off normalize volume and all that stuff and it's still happening. It didn't start happening until I reinstalled spotify on my new computer. Which also seems to be what started this problem for people in other threads as well. Anyhow no solutions I've seen in other threads worked and I can't listen like this. As someone in another thread described it, it's like someone's messing with my volume, turning it down for a second and then turning it back up. It seems to get queiter during queiter parts of the songs and louder at louder parts. Which again I heard someone else describe in another thread... But again none of the solutions I saw in these other threads worked for me. I've even tried changing some windows sound settings that other threads suggested and still nothing.
